Our Total Wellbeing Health Coaches take your patients and members wellbeing seriously and understand that they’re unique, so their health journey should be too.
That’s why all Total Wellbeing Health Coaches are university-trained Accredited Practising Dietitians and trusted members of Dietitians Australia (DA).
They know Digital Wellness’s online solutions inside out and offer top rated support with extensive knowledge on behaviour change methods, nutrition, and weight loss. Their goal is to create a personalised strategy for your patients and members that will identify their goals and align them to their lifestyle to achieve long term success.

Meet our Head of Health Programs, Pennie McCoy
Pennie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, member of Dietitians Australia and our resident Facebook Live presenter. Pennie has over 15 years’ experience and talks to members every day about their questions, concerns and thoughts about weight loss, health, and wellbeing.

Our chronic disease management plan, The Total Wellbeing Lifestyle Plan, includes 15 one-on-one Total Wellbeing Health Coaching sessions and past members of the program lost an average of 6.8% of their body weight and experienced life-changing health improvements, including:
