The evidence-based Total Wellbeing Lifestyle Plan helps members manage their chronic disease by combining nutritional science, modern behaviour change theory and artificial intelligence with the latest digital technology.

The plan includes:

  • A health care assessment with a registered nurse
  • 24 weeks of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet online program
  • 15 1:1 telehealth Total Wellbeing coaching sessions with an Accredited Practising Dietitian

How it works

From the initial enquiry to the completed care plan, we will support you every step of the way.

You will follow a 24 week (or longer if necessary) CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet online program with the support of our Accredited Practising Dietitians.

At the end of the program, we will send your health fund a report on your progress.
